Phenix Education Training Center, the Company
Nestled in the heart of Jilin Province, Changchun PETC was born in July 1993 and began foreign language training education in 1995. It was first joint venture information enterprise.
Situated in the political, economic and cultural centre of a 20,571 sq. mile province, the PETC with its growing list of schools and with the development of an effective educational pattern has matched its mother city’s fast progress and led to the acclamation of being the most experienced agency in the theory and practice of child, teenagers and adult foreign language training thus presently catering to the need of foreign teachers in and out of the city.

· functions a a bridge for cultural exchange between Chinese schools and English teachers and students. Its primary objective is to help schools in China to set up exchange programs with schools outside the country.

It further aims to find qualified English teachers for Chinese schools and on the process assist them with cross-cultural situations such as visa processing and acquisition, apartment search and transfer and food. PETC also arranges and sponsors travel, teaching and studying in China.
Because of the company’s reputation and accumulation of business relations over the years, the number of foreign experts and English teachers who trust the company is steadily on the rise.It has actually cultivated more than 300 foreign experts and some were awarded best teachers and were recognized for an outstanding contribution by the Chinese Government.
